Does Anyone Have Experience In Playing At The Local Pool Rooms In Louisville? Where Do The Better Players Go During Dcc When Tables Are Jammed At Hotel Where Dcc Played?

Generally, just across the street to the sister hotel where there is a large room with 15 or 20 tables. They are bar boxes but you generally can get on them to warm up unless there is a mini being played there.

I think they are holding the BCA tournys at the Clairion, I read where the other hotel will not have the bar tables. I may be wrong, just what I heard.

There are several but for a good quite place with good Diamond tables your best shot would be Bank Shots downtown. Good place!!

there are several,
depending on you willingness to drive, or have someone drive you there

one is downtown Bank shot billiards on main st
15 minutes by expressway
plenty of diamond tables but not the place were people here go

two is diamond billiard pub in st matthews
25 to 30 minutes by expressway and a few local roads
two 9 footers in good condition, off by themselves nice tables



three is billiards club of louisville, in fern creek
30 minutes more or less some expressway and locak roads (4 lane roads)
5 9 footers


nothing to me to travel to any or all, and billiard club is fartherest for me
but again i still go there every week at least

where most action is would be billiard club probally,
it has 5 9foot diamonds
its about 15 minutes from the clarion, its off that road the clarion is on


just for information there is a pool hall less than 2 blocks from "lynns paradise cafe" if you are interested if pool after or before dinner its called 'barret bar'
9 old 9 foot brunswick and plenty 8 foot drop pockets

THANKS TO ALL; I WILL BE GETTING IN ON THE 3RD AND WILL HAVE A RENTAL CAR AND WOULD TAKE ANYONE TO ESCAPE THE HASSLE FOR A FEW TIMES DURING THE 10 DAYS. PM ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
