I'm not a historian, but is this the largest fields for the DCC in quite some time? By my count.

Banks - 362
One Pocket - 298
9 Ball - 264

Is it because Tunica isn't happening this year, so this is the only one? Is it a show of support to Greg to see if he will try a 2nd version in a different city again?

Either way, it's great to see a great turnout.

I think a lot of players can only afford to go to one event during the year and this is the one they choose to go to. This is the one I would choose as well.

This is the thing I believe. I think most have one or two yearly pool vacations where they can either go to the US Open 9 ball, DCC or to an APA or BCAPL tournament in Vegas. Doing two in one year might be good for some who have the money but not for most.
