all cue makers have the right to hit cues
at least mine
i remember being on my hands and knees beside Jerry Franklin, hitting each new cue with Jerry carefully listening to the sound of each one(now I am hard of hearing and really not that sharp when it comes to anything technical, but not wanting to appear slow after several explanations) there i was nodding and ooing and aahing right with Jerry
until after several,he looks right at me and says"you really don't have the least idea
what I'm looking for,do you?"
So I say"well no,not really,do you?"
I forgot what this has to do with the Pierce cue, other than I don't mind the cue maker hitting my cues all they want.in fact I never cared about anyone test hitting my cues until I got on Az and people made something of it
I do know if I like something or not,if i can draw my ball and pocket the object ball.
I also must like the feel, but I have no idea what it is,I
just know when its there and when it isn't
Right now I have a cue I am playing with and I never change cues until I get beat
so the Pierce will have to wait to get its chance
Sometimes this takes weeks, but only when I am not playing regularly
I will probably report on the cue next week,if you live in Dallas, feel free to drop by and play with my new cue before I do
I have the feeling you will want one for yourself,it looks like a player to me
