$1,100? US?
Yeah, well the manufacturers are faking that too. Gotta watch out.Naww, I'm good. I'll stick with my figured woods.
Below are some eBay sales of Meucci originals. You can find more information on some of these still on the eBay site. For example, the cue sold on May 3rd is still on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/3265628185...d=link&campid=5335988529&toolid=20001&mkevt=1I'm not into Meucci, but how much would a good condition original be?
I have the opportunity to obtain a Meucci Originals Road Agent/ City of Lights/ MS-3 cue that I would like to sell if I buy it. I find several names for this cue - Road Agent, Night Road agent, City of Lights, MS-3. This cue is a Meucci Originals, no dot shaft. Cue is in fantastic original condition- shaft appears to have some warp.
I was curious as to what the value on this cue would be today where it was priced to sell. I believe that this cue is fairly rare, especially as a Meucci Originals and in very good to excellent condition. I just don't know enough about current demand...

Yep, I like the ones that say they have an ebonized handle or forearm. Means it's painted or stained black.Yeah, well the manufacturers are faking that too. Gotta watch out.
Yup. "Ebonized" ...they made that up. LOL!Yep, I like the ones that say they have an ebonized handle or forearm. Means it's painted or stained black.
Meucci made a sticker cues years ago. When I brought it up, Meucci collectors and fans wanted to set me on fire.
MO-11 was a sticker, and the Gambler was another.
What person in their right mind thinks those cards were inlays? "Overlays" is the word. Decals, stickers, whatever....Meucci made a sticker cues years ago. When I brought it up, Meucci collectors and fans wanted to set me on fire.

Wow. Ok then, they "stole" the term, or abused it.Ebonizing is and was a thing before moooochie used the term. It involves using iron and chemicals to darken woods. Often used on oak. Ebonized wood can be beautiful and takes a bit of work. Using the term for slapping some shite on top of wood is a travesty.

I definitely learned something. I'm going to look that up after work.
