If MorinJ29 is going to make it, so am I...it's about time we play the challenge match. I know it's my fault, I had to get married and all, but I will plan to come down Friday after work if he can make it that night too.

Ray, where's a good place to stay at for this event?

sounds like a plan to me there tara.....i should have no problems coming in on friday to play the challenge match....congrats on your wedding btw and hope to see you up there!

Rules of Challenging

- The Challenger should have around 200 posts on the AZB Forums and be of good reputation.
- The King (Tara LOL)will post a short list of three or more games they are willing to play against a Challenger.
- The games offered should be of a fair length. Matches in 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball should be to 7 or longer; one-pocket to 3 or longer; straight pool to 150.
- The games will also be straight-up without handicaps or spots.
- The King will have priority to host the match.
- The standard bet for the challenge is $50.

Let's lay down the games Tara!!

This is NOT an open event. You may play if you have not had a 5-6th or better finish in any major tournament. ie Fast Eddies 9Ball Tour, Midwest 9 Ball Tour, Joss Northeast Tour etc.

We have a council to determine eligibility for players that do not play in tournaments or may have had a 5-6th or better finish with extenuating circumstances.

Please call to see if you qualify. To "GET ON THE LIST" you must call when you are leaving your area or mail your entry FEE in early. You must be present at 10:00am PAID OR NOT or any "stand-by" players will be awarded your spot. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you pay ahead and can't make it by 10:00am and you lose your place to a stand by, you WILL get a full refund.

To pull this off in 1 day we must start ON time.

There will be NO more seeding. All draws will be random!

Ray, Tara sent me a text over the weekend stating that her sister's birthday was on friday so we will play on saturday instead. Tara selected 9-ball as her game of choice a long while ago and I selected BCA 8-ball and you are picking the tie-breaker. All of this was written in the king of az texas thread in september.
