Honest story here. I got back into pool a few years ago. My cue sat in the case for about 15+ years. I had a Moori 3 on it and liked it. The tip was a little dry so i replaced it with a Moori 4. And i was really disapointed in the way it felt. Both tips were the slow model.
So i actually searched Amazon for a tip. After searching it came up with Kamui, Tons of positive reviews. Something like 400+ and the star ratio was good. I checked a few other places and seen Kamui had the same positive reviews.
So i have money and $25 isn't much for a tip. Plus I can install them myself. I put the tip on and it had the right feel too it. Not too hard or soft puts the right spin on it and the feel is good. I mean it's not a magic tip but it does the job.
What really sold me on them tips is when it came to replacement of the tip. The tip was consistent from one tip to another. With other tips i could always feel a variation. With these tips no varation at all. I have two revo shafts and they feel exactly the same.
FYI I am not sure about the shaft you are using but with CF has a stiffer feel to tip. I've heard some people going down a softness level going to CF. Hard users go to a Medium etc.
