Definition of World Class

Nice shot, but notice that it was a 2-way. He probably didn't expect to make it, but just get it close to his hole while playing safe with the CB and clearing balls from close to his opponent's pocket.

It's a great shot, but many amateurs have played shots of a similar nature and difficulty and pulled it off in competition. World Class to me is defined by consistency and control.
