Hello,
After viewing some of the comments relative to Delta-13 and Delta-13 Elite racks for sale, I thought I should clarify some things. The Manufacturers Acceptable Price (MAP) on the Delta-13 is $39.95 and its $109.95 for the Delta-13 Elite. In order to maintain a distributorship, our network must stay within these guidelines for pricing.
We have sponsored several large tournaments where we donated both types of racks to help support the industry and players. Unfortunately, we now have some isolated cases where the promoters are selling the racks below our MAP pricing to help recoup some of their expenses. Early on, we did not hold these folks to the same accountability as our distributors and we did not put in writing what the pricing should be for resale. That will not happen going forward. We now have a contract with each entity and if sales prices go below our MAP's they will stand to lose their distributorship and/or future support from Executive Billiards.
We are celebrating our 2nd anniversary of Executive Billiards and the learning curve is getting shorter. We appreciate all the support from our many loyal fans and customers. We will continue to improve our operations and marketing guidelines to ensure that your investment in the
Delta-13 and other products we manufacture, hold their value long term and that our brand stands for quality and long lasting value.
