I bought a rack for my room. I really liked it but heard nothing but whining. Too many old timers letting me know that only WOOD triangles are for pool. So much for our sport advancing.
Brought them in for our weekly and monthly tournaments, at first heard the whinning and complaining about the noise, but after the first few times an "oldtimer" would toss down the rack our wack it on the table, all eyes stare at the offending player and tada! no more players tossing racks around, they place them on the rack hanger instead of tossing them under the table and no longer do you hear some one smash the rack down on the table after a loss. Promots good play and shuts down on alot of sharking at the table with the rack. Also no more complants from a "bad' rack.
Would not use any other rack.
Using them for about a year now, no problems with the racks and before last year we had four of the "indestuctible" racks broken in a two months , no warrenty from Meullars.
We do leave the hard plastic racks on the bar boxes, and sometimes you hear a wham from some ball banger racking.
Thankyou Delta 13
