All jokes aside, I would like to say that Dennis Hatch is one of favorite players in the USA. He has too much talent and plays the whole intimidation unreal. He is also flashy enough to keep everyone interested. I can't wait to play!!

Let me put it this way....... Dennis has 5 times the talent of SVB. SVB just happens to have the greatest work ethic today, so it is unlikely that Dennis can beat him right now in a long set.

Shane's work ethic sure does seem to translate into a lot of talent. :D

I think the majority of AZB members have never even seen Dennis play his best.

He doesn't play half as much as other pros at his level. He doesn't travel to the international tournaments. He has often skipped the US Open, Derby City, and other major tournaments.

When he is playing, he is not just a top level pro, but up for consideration as one of the best of all-time.

Unfortunately he is about 40 years old now, so time is running out for him to be the best in the world.

I think even if you were to tell Dennis that he would probably laugh in your face. If you were to tell Shane that he would probably start shitting 50k bales of cash ready to play. Dennis very well COULD have been the SVB of his day if not for bad personal choices, unfortunatly we will never know. What we do know is Shane is one scary mother f**ker on a pool table and even better when gambling. If you need a spot from Shane you better make it a very big one, because anything less than the 7 out, and he makes it not even matter, and Dennis needs a spot.

Good luck Mike...Represent Maine well.
