Dennis Searing / Diamond Billiard products Black label

This entire project started initially as a pipe dream and following agreement of a number of people working together ,became something rather special.

I have a lot of people to thank, who made this all possible.
Most of all I have to thank Dennis Searing.
Big thanks to Brian Millar at Diamond and Jussi Tyrkkö at Diamond Europe.

I wanted a custom Pool table. One piece slate was a requirement .
It had to be Diamond.
Diamond make a Quality product, and do make some very special pool tables.
I wish there were more pics of these.
I didn't want the Corian inlays, I wanted something very different.

I then contacted Dennis Searing.
Patience is a certainty when you want quality .
Dennis Searing is a world class Cuemaker, and a world class Machinist .
I wanted the very best, so I asked the very best.
Having asked the most in demand Cuemaker on the Planet, I did not really expect this as a possibility. Given how busy he is and how hard he works, I was delighted when he gave me a window in his schedule .

I ordered the table from Brian Millar ( bmillar@diamondbilliardproducts.com )
812-288-7665
There were a lot of options we discussed for the table. Everything was finalised and the table was paid for.

Then the wait started!

I wanted a Maple table with Abalone inlays bordered by Ebony.
Dennis could do anything from Silver to Ivory. I just love Abalone, he thought it would work, so he agreed and made the inlays.

The inlays were expensive ( less than I expected, given the quality ).
The table was expensive , but you get what you pay for.
The wait was worth it.

A big thank you to Jussi Tyrkkö ,Diamond Billiards Europe +358(0) 40 5391754.

Sakke and Aleksi from Diamond Europe set up the table. They set up the tables for the Masters and Mosconi. The table is Perfekt.

Great table. If Dennis sent you a letter of authanticity I wonder how much future value it will give to the table?

Not sure how I felt about a maple table while reading your post but the choices you made were excellent! Wow that is a gorgeous table! Truly one of a kind, enjoy!

You must have felt like you were working with Frank Loyd Wright on your next home. Clean and sublime!

That right there is a dream table....not just because Dennis did the inlay but because it's in Maple too...I just love how clean and sleek it looks. That's just the best looking table I've seen.

All you need right now is a pair of Searing plain janes as your house cue :)

If you've more time please do take more pictures of this beautiful set up along with that nice room you have.

Omg!!!!

Now I'd love to have this beautiful Diamond sitting my family room. Super looking table. One piece of slate. Now that's totally custom.:yeah:

Chris:smile:

Just finished playing a few racks on Sanjs new toy

Have to say the pictures do his set up no justice, the table is perfect, the room ideal.

Couldn't happen to a nicer chap.
