I am sure it happened with Classic Cues about a month ago, however I am not sure what the outcome with Paypal was. I did get a refund for the payment I had sent for the raffle.

I think probably what set off the red flag was when payment was sent as a gift? I don't know that but when you get 50 something gifts that are the same amount it probably made them wonder what was going on. I'm not blaming vinnie by any means, he was just doing what he thought was right.
 
I think everything is ok he has updated the paid list. Two things can happen from here we have a drawing when all payments are in or you get your money back. I see nothing to worry about.

Sorry that I haven't responded in last day, I haven't had time to log on. As of right now, paypal is leaving me no other option but to refund all payments. I apologize for this inconvenience. I have refunded everyone that has paid so far. I will send out pm's to everyone on the list in a couple of hours to see if you are still willing to participate and pay by money order. Once again I am sorry and I will update the list now and send out pm's soon.
