Dennis Swift

That is sad to hear as Hal just got his Custom Case from Dennis. Think it went 1, 2, 3? Never heard anything bad about Dennis, have you called, and spoke with him 1 on 1????

Be patient once Dennis gets started he will usually ship within 5 to 7 days of start date. Dennis won't go south with your cash he will only do you a good job..........................

You mean before I shouted words to the entire pool community in an attempt to hurt his business? Definitely longer than you have and I have no idea how long it's been. The important thing isn't even the time length, it's that perhaps you're being passive-aggressive about it. Not only is that disrespectful to the casemaker, but also to the AZ community.

Just call the guy and tell him that you're sorry but you're feeling really impatient about getting a new case in your hands and you'd like to have your money refunded. That's up to you to request, not him.

If you still want to wait for it, I'm sure someone here can advise you on how long of a wait should be expected, what kind of delays are normal, etc.

This whole crying wolf routine on AZ is really getting old though. There's been way too much of that recently but not just by you.
 
Dukeboy1977, I just spoke to Dennis on the phone. He is finishing two large case orders now and they will be done this weekend. Both of those orders were placed before yours according to Dennis. He is going to start on your case Monday (8/25/2008). He said if that was a problem to let him know before Monday and he will refund your money minus paypal. Hope that helps, he is usually good about answering phone.
 
Sounds like you should have your Case in 10 days or less per cuebird. Think I would wait for the Case, as Dennis's Case are almost indestructible.

Well, the inevitable happened, THANKS GUYS!! :mad: My case is now not being done at all, and my money was sent back. Oh well, now I know better than to question ANYTHING (on this site) billiards related. No, Monday is now NOT the day sir :frown: LESSON LEARNED!!!

Wow, I guess Dennis got upset about something....

I have been corresponding over email with Dennis on a case order that is just about finalized. He has not returned any emails over the last 10 days, so I assumed he is busy. But it looks like Monday has become available.....
sorry dukeboy, maybe you two can come back to an agreement.
