Dennis vs Ko, race to 100, 20K.

I don't see anything wrong with giving the guy who puts up a very, very large amount of money to make these games happen a few moments of glory.

As I said, you have the option to "mute".

It's so simple really.

Not, not that simple.

Part of the reason people love action is, it's more than just dudes running racks well.
Like nobody would pay to watch shane run an 8-pack in practice all alone.
We're paying so we can experience the mood and atmosphere and tension...
if not in person then the next best thing.

There's a sort of social thing where everyone talks to everyone else, and gets excited about how close it is,
and one guy's pulling for their hero and the other guy is pulling for the underdog.

Having a guy like French ruins that. It's not two guys rooting for 2 different players or wishing for
a close, tight, exciting match. It's one dude talking nonstop, hogging the mic,
rooting for only one player, and shouting out dumb predictions.

We're paying for an exciting match, and dead silence is almost never "exciting".
The mute button is not a solution.

French wants to give people the same excitement he feels.
But he's shooting himself in the foot by making his own stream intolerable, so we can't share it and enjoy it
the way he enjoys it.

Would you pay $25 for a stream where the audio kept cutting out? Because that's basically what's happened.
I paid for a stream with working audio and I'm getting a stream with shit audio.

Orcollo broke wet. He ran to the 9 and missed. Ko, shooting lefty, missed a thin cut along the foot rail but hooked Orcollo. Rail-1st 9-ball by Orcollo and out. 81-73.

Well said.

You brought up something that I would like to discuss.

****Pool Is Boring To Watch****

I'm around pool a lot, probably more than most people. I have a good sweat bet on this match. Bought the stream to watch it. But I was so bored watching this pool match that I regretted of buying. I swore to myself that I probably will never buy another stream pool match. And we are talking about two of THE BEST pool players on earth.

I think we need more excitements, more lucks, more characters to the game, if we really want the game to get better.

I think you ladies are overreacting re: the commentary.

Dude's no good at it, from our perspective. Fine/ no argument here.

I wouldn't let the scent of the gorilla house dissuade me from watching the apes.

Orcollo broke wet and played safe. Ko jumped and hit the 1-ball but left a shot. Orcollo ran out. 82-73.

Truth. I love pool and can't say that I've ever sat through an entire match, unless I was at a tournament I was playing in.

And THAT is why pool will never be like football or tennis, it doesn't have the scenery of golf either.

Well when you put up the cash you earn that right ,, no one else is stepping up to the plate ,, last time I checked theirs volume control so just turn it off
When you watch live matchs there is only the rail birds to listen to if you don't like them walk away ,,
If your paying to hear commentary your paying for the wrong reason the value is watching the players not listening to the side bar
