I was wondering what ever happened to him ?? I saw mention of him in another thread , but no mention of recent activity. He used to play some for my dad years ago along with George Brundt and Boston Joey but don't hear much other than George passed. Maybe Jay chime in here and give me the 411 (update on Joey as well. Thanx in advance

He lived here in Charlotte but sadly I must say he passed away 3 or 4 years ago. He was very close with the owner of Past Time Billiards on Central ave....it was pretty much his home. If you call Past Time and ask for the owner, he's a fine gentleman that can give you better info. 704-372-2724 There was a period where Denny played as well as anyone on the planet.

Denny Searcy (Nov 1, 1946 - April 14, 2006) was a very strong player with lots of heart. He's still missed.
