Why is it so expensive to watch pool live streams online?
I pay $8 for a whole month of HBO which is constantly
on and it comes with on-demand to watch the thousands
of hours of archived content. This costs $10 to watch a
few hours of pool? Don't get me wrong, it's great that
we actually have a stream available, but I think
there would be a much bigger audience if it was more
cost-effective. Where's the sponsorship in the USA?
Sure is funny over in the UK they can have $850k prize
pools for one snooker event AND provide a free stream. :(
Supply and demand, pure and simple. Pool is now and for the foreseeable future a niche, make that sub-niche, sport. Snooker in the U.K. is up there with soccer and F1 racing. You ever look at the numbers watching on a pool stream? It's tiny. Be glad BigTruck, UpstateAl and others bring us the pool we do see.

just let XPC take over coverage, they give good prices, 1080p, and multi tables/matches to choose.. problem solved..

Then they want to sell you the DVD's

You'll see some of everything. Accu-stats has ONE table. As soon as Bigfoot ends they'll start other games. Check their daily schedule to stay up-to-date.

is anyone else providing ppv streams? seems kinda silly we only have a 1 table option for such a large event

Accu stats has the arena. TVmike has a stream as well. He is doing more of the 14.1 and had some banks earlier. He has action matches at night.

Lastly, poolactiontv.com has the action room.

I paid and am subscribing to all 3. I thank them for all they do for pool. It has been phenomenal so far.
