Have you guys ever thought of using a ustream chat? I can never get on your chat or it takes me a half hour to go through my computer to make it allow me to veiw it. Ive been through this so many times that i just give up. Its too bad because i really enjoy chatting while i watch and there are events i dont purchase because of this. Just food for thought. If there was a ustream chat i would buy them all. Its so easy to access.

Hmmm imo it seems to be easier to get in the chat this time around.
That annoying Java warning is gone !
We do like our chat for different reasons.
But I fully understand your reasons too.

Anyone else having any issues with the screen just showing "loading" I've had no issues the past couple days.
 
I sent the email below to accustats. Hopefully they correct this fast as it is very annoying.


I would love to buy more streams but I'm not sure if I will buy any more this week if the image is not corrected. I'm sure the sponsors and other viewers are annoyed as well.

I've seen and played with the Cyclop balls before. I think they are fine colors, but they are not displaying correctly on the video stream. The 6 ball looks like it is the yellow one ball on the screen. The one ball looks almost orange. This is really confusing viewers and commentators. If you'd like to see proper video/color display please refer to US Open video below at 24 mins.
