this sucks

I have been trying to watch since this morning. lagging has been bad all day and now trying to watch evening matchup and it is off and on every 5 seconds. very disappointed as I am sure accustats is as well. streamers need to figure this stuff out before they charge money for a product. I was going to purchase the rest of the DCC, but now I have to say it just is not worth it. Sorry Accustats!!!!!!!!!

I can't seem to get the steam going, just bought the day pass for today. I updated my flash player and java just to make sure, still just sitting at the loading screen for the video player box that pops up. Can anyone help me?
 
They have been having trouble last couple of days. Most likely you just wasted $10. I tried contacting all day yesterday and of course no reply!!! I got to watch about 5 min of the first match yesterday!!!!!!

I'm bummed, I wish I would have came on here before purchasing. My stream is not coming up either...:-(

I must say, accu-stats is a very unprofessional company from what ive seen.
Let me run the company and I would update the coverage and make a decent schedule and make sure the product I sell is working.

Like right now I have no clue whats going on there..
What is the schedule?
What are the results from yesterday?
Who is still in the competition?
What competition is running?
What about the 9 ball competition?
Etc.

It's a shame because im a big fan and love watching pool.
And this is an awesome event to watch.
But this company makes it impossible.

I could forgive a company for making mistake if they at least respond to feedback of the costumer and inform costumers whats going on.
Accu-stats seem to not give a shit.
Nowhere in the world does someone get away with selling a product that doesnt work and not respond to the costumer.
I would advice putting other people in charge or an other company to stream the next events.
 
.. My stream has function everyday... purchased the early bird for the week and have not had a significant issue.... (Very occasional freeze cleared by a log off/on... maybe once every 3 hours of continuous viewing)....


I am using Comcast (old modem), windows 8 off an HP lap top, hooked to the home entertainment center next to the pool table... :thumbup:



I have heard the newest Comcast modems have an issue! is it on the receiving end?

who is asking you to make company decisions? is this a joke?

I was asking for HELP. It is your duty to relay any questions or concerns you may receive from your paying customers. Apparently you are only good at making sure the payments come in!

Doesn't matter.. probably won't hurt you but I won't be subscribing again in the future,
 
I had a problem with the stream watching bigfoot same as everyone else. 10 second pauses which makes it unbearable to watch and it kicked me off and I could not watch the finish. Sounds like Accu-stats is blaming the Casino bandwidth from the previous posts. My question is why put blame on the casino? I would think by now they would know what kind of bandwidth is required for their production. If they don't have it they get it or make other changes, limitations. The blame should go on Accu-stats production process not doing their home work up front and not the casino.
I will not be subscribing to any more DCC as it will not get any better.
An IT person for 30 years.
 
I have watched every day and for the great majority of the time the stream was fantastic. The only day with any problems was day but they got that fix fairly qjuickly.

Oldzilla- Ignore the haters. They don't have a clue.

I tried on my S4 yesterday but was not successful. I do have flash working with firefox that I watch other streams on. Did not continue to troubleshoot with the phone and just switched to my laptop.
 
Ive been watching the accustats stream since day one. It is one of my great joys. To be able to get news and have access to the greatest pool event in the world for a modest sum is a luxury. Sure there are problems but its outweighed by the sheer amount of materials and info offered to us. Particularly to speciaized challenges like banks, one pocket, ring games. 14.1, etc. Do you really understand what Pat and company is aspiring to do?

Everyone now talks about supporting the small business man. But do you have to do it with small minds? I for one will support accustats . Even tho there are mistakes now and then. Because i know they seriously support the game and sport we all love.

Just one last thing. I come from the era of subscribing to a bowling/billiard mag that came out once every 2 months maybe. Thats how you got your pool jones fix, with accustats i feel so lucky. You haters are spoiled. You can always watch junk pool on espn.
