Gotta cheer for the Texas gals! Who is on this team?

Do you happen to know how the Texas scotch doubles teams did in the BCA event? There were several real strong ones and I will be surprised if a Texas scotch doubles team didn't take it down.

I know Royce Bunnell of OB-1 & Melinda Bailey aka.trigger finished 4th.

Aaahhh, 2nd place in teams - it feels awesome! We all played so good together and had fun!! We got plaques and everything - it was a very memorable time. :D 4th in Scotch was awesome, too. I had fun playing in front of everyone for those two events. Too bad singles was a like having gum on the bottom of my shoe. Ugh, oh well, that let me focus on teams. :)

Hey - heard you hit 4 of a kind on LIR! You are hooked now, lol!

BigTruck - thanks for all the support! Next year, you'll have to be there in person to see us rock. :p

Kyu (Ester) Yi got 2nd in the Ladies Master division. She came off the one loss side to play Iris in the finals. Went two sets, not sure of the score.

Loud and Proud lost their first match and went all the way through to get 4th place in the Ladies Open Teams. Friday, they played straight through from 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning. Got a couple hours sleep and played Saturday from 9 in the morning until 6:30 in the evening. Talk about a marathon!
Their final loss was hill-hill with Kyu not getting to the table in the final game.

Congrats to all the ladies!

I didn't take my camera for the first time ever - ouch! I know some people used camera phones, but we did take a group photo at the end with our plaques through/for the BCA. I assume it will be on the BCA website at some point. :p

Don Owen and I had to play my friends Melinda and Royce in doubles. We lost hill hill, so we walked away with 5th.

I had a great time with my team!!! Everyone was awesome!!!!!!!!

Hope to see you out at Rustys this weekend.... lemme know if your gonna play : )))))
