Does anyone know where to get blank table diagrams where you can diagram your own shots so you don't have to draw a table every time on a notebook?

YOu should just get some rectangular paper. Like 8.5x11...or notecards.
Pool tables are also rectangular...and flat. Like paper is, rectangular...and flat.

Come on man, he's asking for help here. Though what you suggested will work, it won't eliminate the drawing part specially in referencing the diamonds on the table.
