Would like to keep the cleaner under the table (not sure if it'll fit...waiting on table)and slide out as needed. Or in a closet without power. Would need to move it out to use it. I could bring the balls to the cleaner in closet but prefer no extensions cords and it's tight in there. It could be set up in the garage but the heat is a killer. But yes If I have to I'll simply bring the tray to the cleaner. But you gave me an idea....Might simple leave it exposed in a different room. It does have a nice finish. Would make cover for it and put some kind of doodad on it for decor.Curious if there is something prohibiting the balls being moved to the machine? Commercial room with multiple ball sets?
The unit is still boxed. Not sure if the bottom is sealed or open. Will lI haven't mounted wheels to my dual platter polisher, but did on a lot of items at my dayjob. I don't think you need to build a platform. Just screw the wheels to the bottom of the box directly. I'd recommend 2" diameter swivel wheels for this. I have used these a bunch at work and they are great for things under about 300 lbs. Here are the wheels I bought. Probably bought 8 sets:
3" wheels or bigger will be overkill for this.
Thank you...This might be perfect 15x15...inexpensive. EDIT...bought it and perfect for the Diamond.Just get a moving dolley. https://www.google.com/search?q=mov...VDWq0KHad8D2kQ_AUoAnoECBgQBA&biw=1536&bih=752
Do you have one? If so i have a question: their site says 'no user serviceable parts other than the pads'. Anytime i see this statement i tend to pause. ANYTHING that runs off elect. and has moving parts can/will/does require maintenance. What happens then? Do you have to ship this thing back or will they sell/send parts? It looks to be very well built but there's NO way to say it won't need fixing at some point.Buy a Cleangleem and put it on a dolly under your table. So much better than a Diamond polisher, and better pricing
Depending on the problem and your mechanical ability (can you handle a screwdriver, wrench and lift twenty pounds) CleanGleem will supply replacement parts or you can send the machine back for servicing. Frankly, there's not much that can break, the replaceable cleaning pads are about all you'll ever need.Do you have one?
