Ok guys,

I'm getting close to pulling the trigger on a new Diamond pro in the next month or so. For owners who had dealt with Diamond directly, what was the order experience like? Whats the standard payment protocol? A percent down at ordering then remainder upon delivery? Do they have any financing options? etc...

Thanks in advance,
Ian

Ian,

I put 50% down on a credit card at the time I placed the order. The other 50% was billed around the time of delivery (can't remember if it was just before of just after). Don't know what the drill is for tables bought at the end of tournaments.

Best of luck.

C.

Why would you not ask the only source that has the authority to give you anything worth anything: Diamond itself?

You can't be making plans based on what happened with this dude, or that dude either!

50% down at time of order, the balance due when the truck is loaded. Give Glen or Ray here on AzBilliards a buzz, they'll help you out. I called Diamond direct and for some reason, they were alittle hesitate to sell me a new table, kept pushing me towards a tourney used table. I talked to Glen here who put me in touch with Brian over at Diamond and it was a done deal in less then an hour. Tomorrow's my 50th, all's I'm asking for is a little more patience :) Rich

I purchased 14 Diamond lights a few years back and the customer service was terrific. The sales person was honest and reliable. We had a ballast that failed a few months after delivery and they sent us a new replacement "no questions asked". I would highly recommend Diamond Billiard Products to anyone.

Hey, I'd just like to take a moment and clarify something. I by no mean's bashed Diamond Billiards or thier customer service at all. Their product, service and reputation is second to none in my book. I just wanted to make sure that was clear. Rich A

Ian, talk to Brian directly at Diamond, he's head of sales. He can be reached at 812-288-7665, just ask for Brian. As far as financing, Diamond does not finance home owner bought tables. And as has been stated already, 50% to place your order, remaining 50% due upon delivery. Depending on where you're located, delivery and take up to 6 weeks, sometimes longer in some cases, but Diamond does try and meet the delivery time frame.

BB,

I was just looking for some feedback from CUSTOMERS who have dealt with diamond.

I just called Glen at Diamond today and purchased 2 used 9' Smart Table's with used lights(different light than diamond light)......they will be here maybe on Monday!!!! Talk about awesome timing, just happened to have a truck heading this way!

Sometimes things change. I wouldn't advise making plans based on any other party's input.

I paid 100% up front for my Diamond. It was a couple weeks late but worth the wait. I would only buy Diamonds at this point forward for my pool room. Buying a new $10,000 Brunswick seems absurd to me.

Own a Business

If you own a bar, grill, hotel or pool hall I may be able to get you Diamond table(s) for little to (0) down.

Not everyone will qualify but lets take a look at it!

Start ups will also be considered.
