Diamond recover and rail upgrade in Charleston,WV

Who passes thru WV and can do a single table?
Local pool hall has a couple Diamond guys come in to do theirs, but not sure who they are, or where from.

Have an older table, might consider the rail upgrade too.

Diamond's mechanic's can only replace the rails to upgrade them, they don't have the tooling to do an upgrade on site.
