Diamond smart table...

Thanks Josh...I should just say $6000 OBO to make some of them happy...as u know, my thought with this table is that diamonds have their value but this setup might have more value to the right buyer...so I figure I'll let the buyer tell me what its worth

Good luck trying to make people on here happy! You might have more luck selling that table for $6k than you will making the AZ masses happy! LOL

Good luck with the sale though. I think the problem right now is miscommunication. I'm getting the impression they don't understand your table is somewhat of a "limited edition" or unique table. They also don't seem to understand that Glen is a "limited edition" if there ever was one. ;) You'll find someone though. Hell, I wish I had the space and the coin to take it off your hands.

POST A PRICE...YOU'LL HAVE A MUCH BETTER CHANCE.
Exactly, you wanted an offer, I made an offer. Your responses are so vague and confusing I don't think anyone will ever buy this table. Why not just list what you want for it instead of playing this BS game.

I'M ALSO CONFUSED BY THE MYSTERY SURROUNDING THIS CUE. I ALMOST FEELING LIKE I'M SEARCHING FOR THE HOLY GRAIL.

Whatever it is and wherever the location and whatever it's condition, I'll take it for $6,000 and pick it up myself.

My cash is in the trunk of Barrack Obamma's black limo . Let me know asap when you find it............;)

Although most of you have some good jokes...I do have a few solid offers and now I know where the price range is...so we'll do $3600 OBO buyer sets up their own delivery and setup with Glen(realkingcobra)...

The table is on a truck going from Vegas to somewhere, built by the mechanic and not the company(?) and heaven forbid you should mention an asking price which may or may not include delivery and/or set up.Why bother? Why not post a for sale ad that says "please bid against yourself for an unknown item"?

The above was my COMPLETE response to your original unedited post and your subsequent responses to questions.Playing games with an educated buying public is self defeating for your sale.I personally appreciate a straight forward approach to doing business.

It was never my intention to play games w/ anyone...I simply wanted people to send their best offers(which at this point was a bad idea obviously) and as far as the table location, I was honest the table is being stored in Vegas but I wasn't sure if it was picked up yet so there was a chance that it was in the mechanic's truck...

I am a serious potential buyer for this table, You are now stating your price, but no way of contacting or locating the other party involved. In my opinion it is more important to talk to realkingcobra than you. He obviously is the only one that knows where this table is, he has to drop the table off, he has to set the table up, and he is the one that will determine the final price for the table. Will the realkingcobra please come forward!

Doug

I have no idea what u mean by other party...but glen (realkingcobra) is on this board everyday and has thousands of posts...the only price he will give u is the delivery/setup price...

Doc, I think your best bet would be to have RKC vouche for the location of this table and the great price. I'll put it this way though...2 years ago, a business partner of mine paid $4000 for a very lightly used 7' Smart Table. That should give you an idea of the deal you're getting here.

As far as the location, Glen would most likely be delivering the table wether it came brand new from Diamond's factory in Indiana or from a storage unit in Vegas.

I doubt this will clear up any of the confusion. You should have just told them in the beginning that you have a new table for sale and specified a high price and then bumped it every day. LOL This reminds me of a car I'm trying to sell...I list it as having a bad head gasket so it runs rough...I get calls alll day long from people asking "Can you tell me what's wrong with the car and why you're selling it and why the price is so low" and then they won't buy it because they expect it to be mint at that price. You just can't be honest and fair with people anymore...it confuses them. I think people expect the worst case.

Oh well...good luck with the sale. I'm sure you'll find someone that trusts Glen's reputation and your attempt to offer a fair price. Good luck.
