Friend of mine just bought a used Diamond table and wants to know how to fix blemeshes in the wood. Any help please? Thanks

It depends on your definition of fix! I have seen people use markers to color scratches.
If you have large repairs I do not know but I am sure Glen will tell you when he sees this.

Who was it used by before he got it ? A gang of monkeys ? Every Diamond table I have seen/played on looked perfect. I was told the "wood" (whatever material it truly is) was just about indestructable.

If it has the dymond wood option indestructible comes to mind. But if it's an oak or other hardwood finish, than it will show scratches.

Depends on what you mean by blemishes? Are the rails made out of wood, or the Dymondwood? Either material can be scratched, but dents are different, like from the balls being dropped on the top of the rails while picking them up out of the pockets by accident. Dents can be raised up with a damp rag and an iron just like taking a dent out of the shaft of a cue. Scratches can be rubbed out by using some #ooo or #oooo steel wool.
