Diamond Table Racks

Just curious is there somewhere I can purchase the rack that comes with diamond tables?

I can sell you one. I can also make you a great deal on a delta 13. The Delta will never need to be refinished and will never splinter. Same quality racking that you will find with a new Diamond rack.

Drive across the river north, to Jeffersonville, IN...that's where Diamond is located...about 15-20 minutes from you and go in and ask either Julie or Heather to get you a Diamond rack, that way you can save on shipping and handling as well:grin:

Racks

Diamond racks are nice but not all of them are functional. Some are okay and produce a tight rack but the majority are no good. I've had two of them and I'm currently using a plastic rack because there's always gaps somewhere in the rack no matter what game you're playing.

Played on several Diamond tables this weekend and found two racks of probably ten that were okay.

Spoke to Diamond about this several times but they don't stand behind their products very well.

Get a Delta-13 Rack. Aerospace engineered. The balls WILL fit tight.

I can sell you one at a great price AND you would be helping support my show.

Thanks,

Ray

Diamond don't specialize in making racks, their main product is pool tables, and Diamond does stand behind their product better than any table manufacture in this industry, try calling any other manufacture and see if you can get right through to someone about a problem, or complaint. For the most part, racks are racks...but if you're looking for a perfect rack, they're out there...with a price tag to fit.

Maybe Delta and Diamond could team up and have a special Delta Diamond rack with inserts on the side that match the tables or something and offer it with all the tables.

Lenny that is a Fantabulous idea!

Its the idea of the year! They should send me a table and rack now! I need to get better and could really use that table and the Delta rack along with being the great player that I am representing them.

P.S. Sorry its early for me and I am still dreaming.

Lenny:

The "inserts on the side that match the tables" could be those noise-reduction type, like that offered by Chalk Shark. See the thread (and linked-to pics) below.

What's great about this idea is one hand washing the other -- all working together to offer a great product!

Great idea, Lenny!

Diamond racks can be found on their website under accessories. Here is the link: http://www.diamondbilliards.net/Accessories/BallCueRack/tabid/76/Default.aspx

And Diamond not only has great tables and racks, the greatest IMO, but they do stand by them. When (if) we ever get a table, it will be a Diamond Pro, and the only rack I'll want is their Diamond rack. Since 1997, I've never had a problem with them.

I have a Delta-13 rack and I do believe it helps to get a tight rack. More noise but it doesn't bother me.

I like the sound myself, but if you want it quiet, the sound dampners really work!!

Quieter than wood!!
