This is one of the GC3's I brought back to Diamond from a retirement center in Messa, AZ. As you can see from the start of these pictures, who ever worked on these rails changing the cushions was a joke for a mechanic.

You can see in the last picture the damage done taking the old cushions off, and how they tried to FIX the broken off wood that came off with the old cushions.

After stripping the rails of the new/old cushions, time to clean up the sub-rail bevel and repair the rails.

After straightening out the rails, I extended the rails by 1/4"

Once I install the new Artemis Intercontinental K55 cushions, I bolt the rails back together with the castings, draw out my miter cut, then measure the pocket openings so that they're all the same. In this case the corner pocket openings are 4 1/4" and sides are 4 3/4"

Disk sanding is the best way to flush up the cushions with the sub-rail, while at the same time setting the down angle to 15 degrees, works great.

Nice pics and good work. I think one of the first tables I ever did looked like what you had. :sorry:

Because I installed a Diamond 1 3/16" (30mm) 9ft slate on this GC3, I had to redrill the slate to fit the Brunswick rail bolt pattern...NOT an easy task!

In the last picture you can see some marble that runs through the slate...AND runs right through one of my rail bolt holes!!!

Had all the pocket castings and leg levelers powder coated Satin Black.

Last picture, checking pocket opening again, this time with cloth on.

My God you do awsome work unbelieveable . Glen I wish I could have you redo my table in the future , All I need is Tighter pockets and new Simonis Cloth . Rob

Installed the pocket liners, mounted the ball returns, fixed them so they work right. Mounted the side skirts and ball box...DONE!!!!!!!

Just to let all of you know, if you're looking to get a table that plays like a Diamond...and want to save some money...just buy a Diamond, it's cheaper in the long run.

Great Work as always!!

I can't imagine the costs to do something like this.

Counting the cost of the table...about $4,500:grin: I think I'm going to offer the twin to this one in all black, keeping with the Rosewood Brunswick rail tops:grin::grin:

What is the best price I can get you to install a 9' diamond at my house in NorthWest Phoenix?

I know a few people that are looking to get work done by you in the coming months.

Hard to say right now, I do have a trip coming up for Tucson for some deliveries and work, then on up to Vegas...right past you, but I can't give any firm dates as of right now. Where is the table coming from?

Going to sleep now, have 600 miles to drive tomorrow on the way back to the Diamond factory, then returning to the NJ, MD, NH, NY, CT and NC area on thursday. I'll check in tomorrow morning.
