Two of my wishes are:

A Plastic or Wood Box for Cue Storage that fits under my BED, (I live in a 1 BR Condo Space is at a Premium) that would hold 8-12 Butts and Two Shafts for Each BUTT. Plus was DUST Proof, and under 100 BUCKS.

A Stand for Holding my Case Upright & Steady when I play, so I could use
my CASE as a Cue Holder. Expandable to accommodate 2 x 4's -3 x 7's

Please submit your WISH LIST..... :D

I'm thinking they make both of these. For years. But, under $100??? Doubt it.

Quick release rails on a pool table, with a billiard table conversion kit.

You could "unsnap" the rails with pockets and replace with billiard rails or snooker rails. I know the cloth or size wouldn't be right for billiards or snooker, but it's "something different".

Just what I would like to see.

Any carpenter could make you that. Is it worth it for him to go shopping for wood+ brackets + build it + deal with customer issues for <$100? Doubtful.

The guys who set up my GC IV told me they worked on an antique table that did exactly that. It had one lever that released the entire rail and you lifted it off and put on the billiards rail. Never caught what kind of table it was. Anybody else ever heard of this?

Brunswick used to offer the Billiard rails as an option. To loosen a few rail bolts & put the Billiard Rails on did not take all afternoon. The option came with a nice bench to store the rails in.

Present your idea to a wood shop high school teacher and either have him make it with you paying wood costs, or have him present it to a couple of the students in the class as a project to see who can create the best one.

Think the High Schools out were I liver hve done away with Industrial Arts Programs......

In my City we have No School, and pay NO SCHOOL TAXES. :D Closests Schools are in the NEXT TOWN....

A real pool table with lockable wheels and adjustable legs so you can wheel it out on the patio on nice days. You could bring that puppy outside, take about three minutes to adjust the legs and level it, then you're off an playing. I guess I got this idea from my dad who built an outdoor pool table. Despite his clever covering system, the table has since been waterlogged and worn down by the elements. Never fear though, he is currently constructing an improved prototype. I'll keep you posted.
