DIY gone bad

Living in a rual area there are not a lot of options for repair. I had a guy give me this Muecci that he reglued this tip back on. Glad i could get it replaced and cleaned up for him and give him a n upgrade.

That seriously looks likes someone used the shaft somewhere on someone at the wrong time of the month.....
Crude jokes aside, the cleanup looks great. I don't get why anyone would want to use red cloth let alone use red chalk though.

I was gonna clean the shaft up also but i noticed a line in it i didn't like. Being that this is a laminated shaft i didn't want to take a chance of a come apart. That's i took pics of it just in case.

I have a customer that uses red chalk as well. Geez I hate that stuff! I have to get rid of the Magic Eraser that I use to clean it with afterwards for fear of staining the next cue it touches.

Red anything, whether it be chalk or paint or blood stains easily and can be really hard to get out.

Yeah, blood stains are nasty to get out of carpet too. Thats why I switched to all hard wood floors in the house. I just have a huge rug in the living room.
