Does Allison gamble?

I don't know if she STILL does, but she got the 7-out from Roger Griffis for a substantial amount of money, and she got destroyed. I don't know the full story on that, but would like to hear more if anyone knows the rest, i.e. how much they played for, and how many sets they played, and what year it was.
 
When she was in the AZ chatroom a few months ago she said she has but doesn't like too. She said she's a tournament player only. Johnnyt
 
Anyone else know of her gambling with anyone else? Or does anyone know the exact details of the Allison/Griffis match?
 
allison gambling?

i saw her with grady mathew a few years ago doing exhibitions,grady said becouse of wpba by laws she was barred from gambling but that he would be happy to place a wager on her.;)

Many on the forum have attested to watching her gamble with both Tony Watson and Cliff Joyner, but the premise of the thread is accurate. That was long ago, and Allison Fisher does not presently gamble at pool.
 
me and chewtobbacco went to mothers in charlotte n.c. about 10 years ago and chewy played her a race to eleven for 300.(the owner of mothers,kelly, was staking allison) allison won the flip and put a two on derek and he said"go find out who she is" I went next door and they just laughed and handed me a magazine with allison on the cover that said something alomg the lines of"look out world, here comes allison" and went on to say how she was the dominant world ladies snooker champion,etc... well i took this magazine to chewy and just kinda laughed as i handed him the magazine. he took one look and really got pissed that they thought they were stealing our money(allison had just ran out for a 3-0 lead) she broke and came up dry and chew put on an exibition and we won 11-4. when the set was over chew said" flip it" to play another set and allison said very politely "no thank you" lol
