Does Anyone Know Where I can find a top 100 List and their Nationalities?

Top 100 list of what? You wont find a definitive ranking of pool players skill wise because there is no defined tour or rating system. The only thing we can go off of is money won or a points system like some tours have, but there are none that are comprehensive as the Europeans, Americans, Taiwanese and Filipinos dont all play in the same tournaments. Azbilliards has a money list on it's site, but money won doesn't exactly equate to skill.

Just keep hittin all the billiard web sites and get acomprised list
 
It's kind of sad but the AZB list is the closest thing there is to what you're asking. Not sad for AZB, who does an awesome job tracking stuff like this, but sad for the pool world in general.
