dogleg in my shaft

Can anybody come up with a cure for a bent Meucci black dot shaft? Does such a thing exist? I just hate to trash it so I would like to hear all ideas, no matter how hare-brained they may sound to non-shooters.

Firewood unfortunately. Or as an example to future cuemakers on how not to make a shaft. Sorry, but theres nothing you can really do to fix it.

Cut off the first 3 inches of the shaft and make a key chain looks kinda cool to.

a local guy around here sets the shaft up on blocks then weights the middle of the shaft bending it back...dont know how long he lets them sit but he does get most of the roll out, not all of it tho.

Save the joint collar if it is unique. Have it fitted to a Predator or other low deflection shaft. Make sure the Butt is both pretty and straight first.

The guy has some interesting stuff there. He tried to straighten the shafts, put a soft gum tip on a cue and test it for deflection and english... Some things are funny though...

Hope this is better solution than fireplace...
