So, who is the TOOL here? That is not even a question. You are trying to act smart and drive attention away from the subject. And we are yet to hear why did you not send money for shipping and why there are no pictures yet.

You have a big uphill climb for credibility as far as I'm concerned. If what you are doing really is legit, shame on you for handling it the way you have.

Do not let him fool you man. he has my email, my address, my phone number and I am yet to see anything from this guy. He did not even realize that his activity is being logged.
And of course, all of a sudden, purely by accident, RIGHT AFTER I SENT HIM EMAIL ABOUT POSTMASTER AND POLICE INVOLVEMENT, he logs in and answers all questions and tries to make it look like he is a good guy being wrongfully accused here.
I have his emails saying that his wife is not home so he can not log into paypal to send me my money, that she is out of town for few days but, apparently she was home to sign for the package next day.
I have just one thing to say - Those born to crawl will never fly. If you know what I mean.

I will be contacting local police in his town tomorrow. Also plan to talk to postmaster in my town. And lastly will be contacting internet fraud division, which is operated by FBI.

Well its quite simple, all this low end slug would need to do is post Pics and all this would be done and over. Case in point he hasn't and the fact that he has been online and reading, yet still no pics... definite RAT !

Now if pics are posted of an actual kid with the cues donated, and the kid is not standing in some third world country, then Ill believe this wasn't a scam. Until then Im not holding my breath.

Plus, he is not the smartest either.
I have contacted local police department and waiting to hear from a postmaster.
I figured, I will just give him as much run for the money as I can. :D

with me it's gotten to the point where even if he does post a picture with a kid holding the donated equipment, I'll remain suspicious thinking it's just some kid he got to do the pic and not an actual "deserving" kid as portrayed in the orig post.

my skepticism is borne out of how badly the op has handled himself in this thread.

And you are right again Brian, once the trust is broken, it is almost impossible to rebuild.
 
Problem is, and this should've been seen form the beginning, he could have ANY kid hold the cue just for a pic, and that would end all of this. If he were a scammer, and had half a brain, he would've done this already. None of this means the goods were ever actually donated to anyone other than himself.

Simple solution, quit donating sh1t online. That might sound harsh, but look at the facts; there is absolutely NO way to know if your donation is going to the right place; you cannot do sh1t about it because you GAVE the stuff away based on someones word; at the end of it all it's a simple pool cue, last time I checked there were house cues in every pool hall so why does someone NEED a cue given to them?!; lastly, what was it that PT Barnum said...

Post up this dudes personal info, we have MANY friends in Ohio in low places, especially Dayton! There may already be pics of him using said donations for himself.

Mods should run this guys IP and see what other 'members' are close by, or could even possibly be same dude banned some time before...

After looking at this i would have to say if you got scamed by this sorry */ck! I mean kind gentlemen. That is not question, if you gave him the cue with good intentions. Then you need to trust in karma. Your karma is solid gold you did your part to help out a needy kid. And if he did rip you off then im sure his karma will catch up him. Hopefully in a back ally of the prisonrape ward. That is why i do all my charity in person help the ones i can see my help make a difference. Because any jackoff can type something up but it takes talent to fake integrity.
 
Since I was the first to donate I'll just say that if you want to send me pic's my e-mail is matt@stockbridgemotorcar.com . But for the rest who donated I can see you being pissed if the cue or case or what ever didn't go where you actually thought it was going ( to a needy kid) but you kinda knew this was a risk when you donated . Being totally bent out of shape pissed off when you find out that (we were scammed) is just stupid and a waste of time . You all knew it was a risk donating our stuff to an unknown party online. I personally hoped (and kinda still do ) that the Op does the right thing . If not I'm a believer in Karma and it'll come back to bite him .

Pissed? NO WAY! I do not get pissed, I just try to have fun. It will be lots of fun watching him get caught up by that Karma you guys are talking about. I am just going to give Karma some directions. That is all.

If that's your idea of "fun" than have at it . Personally The cue I sent was worth about $100 .
From what you describe with calling everybody under the sun it sounds like you must have a good 6 or 8 hours of phone time invested . I was a Police officer for a time and I know how long it takes to take a report and write it up and file it and then verify the callers identity and the perps identity. You must have at least 6-8 hours invested . Unless you sent the kid a Tascarella in a Justis case I can't see where it's worth wasting your time on. But if it's what floats your boat then by all means proceed.

It is actually much simpler these days. The only time I spent was about 20 minutes talking to Postmaster at my local post office, then about 30 minutes with internet fraud department. They needed to verify information submitted online. THAT WAS ALL.
The cue I sent was worth about $100-130, case worth about $30.
The way I am, I WOULD send a Tasc. if I knew it would save someone's life.
 
Post him name and number, Az'ers for years have taken care of their own.

We at least have to know the guys name so we can not do business with him.
