I don't know his background, but I watched him play Saturday. He lost 9-8 to Buddy Hall and beat Will Bilbrey 9-8. When playing 'rack your own', he makes the wing ball EVERY TIME (and another couple of balls just for good measure). He's a threat to run every rack and he was the top choice in the calcutta over Will, Buddy, Howard Vickery, etc.
He's been well known around the Tampa-St.Pete-Clearwater area for some time and will 'bet it up' with his own money....

He caught Ussery (quite, IMO) a bit out of line at the US Open after-hours to the tune of go home and get some more$...2005?

Nice guy, mostly a gambler not a tournament player but has been to the US Open and plays the Florida Pro Tour consistently.

I'm not positive, but although he's playing in Florida right now, I believe he comes from the Louisville area.

There is a DONNY MILLS newly posting on AZ, who is looking for a game. Recently, I played a DONNY (not Donnie Mills) MILLS in Gonzales LA and he played like burning hell and could drink beer faster than Keith McCready. I might add that DONNY MILLS ran 4 racks of 8 ball on me. It sounds like if I should stay away from both of the D Mills boys. :p :D :D

OK, thanks. Then you aren't the Donny Mills I played two weeks ago. He played awfully well but complained that he only played on bar tables and couldn't see on the big tables. :-)

Good luck to you, Donny.
