Don't Have to Play With a Sneaky Any More

Those that have met me have seen my butt ugly oil finished sneaky that I have played with for many years.

I was building this cue and on the last turn this ugly black blob showed up in one of the points.

Set it aside and started a new cue for them and kind of forgot about this one. Found it when doing some cleaning up and decided that it should be my new player. Put a quick finish and wrap on it and here we go.

Uh, What ugly black blob? I believe that is a natural inlay. Imperfections are part of the beauty and no two pieces are alike. I happen to love the cue. I like the veneers. This is what we in sales call a one off. Think of it like a Picasso oil.

I agree that it I beautiful but these days it would be "I can't believe Murray let that out of his shop"

Cue is 100% old school down to the nitrocellulose lacquer finish. I want it to age like fine wine.

Beats me. Nobody has asked about the burl cue but I have gotten 20 PM's about my sneaky. Guess I need to throw it on eBay but it is so ugly I can't believe anybody wants it.
