I have a Dufferin sneaky about 20 yrs old i like the feel and it hits good i still play with it,like to get refinished new ferrule tip joint and cleaned up any suggestions on a cue maker who can take on this refinish thanks.

Steel Town. Hamilton, I will take a wild guess.

There is another member on AZ. Roy Mason.

He goes by the name Mase on AZ. When Duff sold out, or moved, Roy bought the remaining Duff stock out. To the best of my knowledge, he still has a lot of great Duff stock left.

He is a great guy to deal with, his prices very reasonable. Well, reasonable for what he sells and I imagine his work also.

Just another person to consider. If you have a problem finding him on AZ, PM me and I will hunt him up for you if he doesn't see this Thread.

Here is his link to his Shop in Cambridge. When it comes to Duff, he knows what he is talking about.

Those were solid cues they made bake then. I had a few of them back in the day and had 2 of them made into SP's. All 5 or 6 were sole out of bars. I have a new one at home I use for a break cue (21 OZ). It feels OK, but not as solid as the old ones...IMO. Johnnyt

Brent Hartman has a really superb finish. Also Darrin Hill I just bought a pink ivory cue from him and he does a lot of refinishes. I would say both are equal in finish talent.
