DVD's For Learning To Jump

Bought a JnJ JB a few months ago would like input on a good teaching series for learning to use it. Since I've never jumped a ball in my life I need to start with basics. Any help is appreciated.
Any useful links to online videos for jumping and breaking techniques would be great too.
