wanting to go to some local tournaments, play and show some of my cues i have ready to sell.

i needed a dealers case, and i really liked the soft roll-up cases that you could put in a large canvas bag, i could carry 24 cues no problem, until

i bought them from ' billiardsheaven ' bel pestana. the first bag was great, the canvas cover great, the 2nd roll-up was a different bag. and after contacting him i was told, the 2nd bag i sent you is a better bag than the other one.

all i want is what i ordered.

e-bay is really starting to get under my skin.

billiardsheaven sends you what they want to send, not what you order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah...some ebay sellers just get too big and can't give you
personal service.

I had the same problem with joerackem a couple years ago
with some McDermott shafts. They weren't right and he
advised me to just send them to McDermott. People get
so big that they don't check stuff before it's shipped.

Sometimes it's better to give the little guy your business.......

Just let ebay know that users messed up and won't fix it. Ebay will kick people out of the community for the smallest infractions. Im sure they (ebay) would deal with your problems. And possibly get your money back.

Oh that's not true. If you are making money for Ebay,
Ebay is happy. You'll need a lot of negative feedbacks
before anyone is kicked off. Even if someone gets kicked
off, it's easy to just open another account.

If a buyer is not happy with a product, they can always return
an item. They started a new system now where they
try and get the buyer and seller to work out a problem before
filing a dispute. You can't just file a dispute like it used to be.

You can also have the seller or ebay to pay for shipping the
item back to the seller now.

.

I have had many good transactions on EBay, until the last one.

I bought an item from a Canadian seller. Price was approx $236 USD.

Ended up being a Chinese Knock Off that was advertised as a Genuine product.

Right after I had won the auction, EBay sent me a message saying that this auction was closed, however, if I had already paid for the item, I should be getting it.

Well, right after I received it, I could see the anomalies and knew that I had received a knock off.

The seller ignored my PMs. I should have stared a dispute right away but figured that if it worked half assed, I would use it. That was my fault so have nothing to complain about in that regard.

However, if EBay had been honest with me as to why the auction was removed, I could have cancelled my Pay Pal the next day and had been done with it.

The item in question broke a few days after the dead line for starting a dispute so I was out of luck. Pay Pal tried to give me a hand but they are EBay anyway, aren't they.

Unless someone knows a secret, EBay makes it pretty difficult to just contact them with a problem. Gotta jump thru way too many hoops.
