Byrne went in for industry service not playing ability and does deserve to be there. Dodson also deserves to be in. Earl never had a fair shake at getting in the last couple of times he was on the ballot. There was always two men and one woman on the ballot. I feel that many businesses are owned by women. Also many businesses let women handle the bills and mail. So as long as there is a woman on the ballot she will probably get the most votes. It was an all male ballot this year and Earl is in. Give a all female ballot when they want to induct a woman and the ballot will be fair. Give a all male ballot when inducting a male and the ballot will be fair. I asked my daughter and wife who they would vote for on various ballots with a woman and two men on it and they always chose the woman. Then you have the other part of the vote split between the two men. The woman will probably win everytime with todays BCA voting members. I would suggest they have two ballots one male and one female and bring in one of each on years that they don't have a service category. On the years they have a service category have a all male ballot as the list of male world champions not in yet is pretty long.
