This is one of the early Ivory Handle Ginacues. Made around 1964 this is an extremely rare cue and worthy of any serious collector. Everything white in this cue is ivory. This cue was once owned by Richie Florence who was "virtually unbeatable" with this cue as explained by Jay Helfert (see photo of letter signed by Jay Helfert). This letter also has a couple of pictures one with Ernie holding this cue.

The condition of this cue is in very good condition overall (especially for a 44+ year old cue). There are some cracks in the ivory butt cap that could be repaired by Ernie. This cue could also be refinished to make it like new again. The ivory handle is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, etc. Please note the unique "Ginacue" signature on the butt cap.

The current owner is expecting 12,000.00 or more for this cue. Please PM or email all offers on this cue. My email address is: TWOFORPOOL@COMCAST.NET. All offers will be kept confidential and the buyers name will not be disclosed.

WOW!!!!

What a cue! What provenance! This should fetch a small fortune and rightfully so. I love that Ginacue Logo. Can't say that I've ever seen that one before.

good luck!

Wow, what a unique piece. The history behind the cue is also cool.

Good luck with the sale................

Wow , what a rare cue, I would love to buy it.
I'm sure it is worth every penny that the seller is asking, and it will only go up in value.

Good luck with the sale

Early 60's Ivory Handle Gina Cue

Hfelsh quoted: "And yet, no one is beating a path to buy it."

How would you know since all offers are either PM or sent to my email address per my request in the inital sale thread. I have had two serious offers on this cue by serious collectors.

Please look who is commenting about the value of this cue as being a high end cue (THEY ARE HIGH END SELLERS AND COLLECTORS). I know since you have one I-Trader you have become an expert on the value of cues.

There are people in the know on high end collectable cues and there are people who are not. Keep Talking Hfelsh and show everybody how intelligent you really are.

It is fine to have opinions....but this man is selling a cue.

If it was in the cue gallery, that is one thing...but this is the "Wanted/For Sale" area.

Quit knocking action!

"and to the other guy, imoticons are the little pictures of smiley faces and stuff." Aha! thank you, I looked it up on The PC dictionary and you are right, although the other gentleman spelled it correctly to begin with "e". I learn something new every day. And my apologies to Mr. TWOFORPOOL for contributing to the highjack of his thread. At least you do not have to keep bumping. Also, I could never afford it but, I love the cue!!!!

Hey Guys,
I knew it would be gone in hours....
This cue is a great collectable cue..
I was going to be a player for this cue, but stepped aside for a friend..
Interest in a cue isn't measured in how many people contact you. This is a high end collectable cue and a limited amount of collectors on here would move on it.. I'm sure many of them have PMed already..

A balabushka with scattered MOP might be worth 20K.. Might not be pretty to all, but sure pretty to those who know..
Best,
Ken

hfelsh.....beware.

I am not amused with your antics and the trashing of a sales thread.

Once more will earn you a vaccation.

Clear?

edit: changed my mind due to the vulgar message he sent by mistake as "rep".....and reported the post to me.

See you in a while.

"2 serious offers" is not "beating a path". Those were the only 2 you knew of, and I would say that the speed at which this cue sold, and assuming that it easily went for $10,000 plus considering the current market, it was a fair price now, but will be quite a bit higher in the not-to-distant future. I guess your next question, to follow in line with Mr. Hoppe's line of thinking and your previous post, will be: "Who is Richie Florence?" And no, he is not a cuemaker!

Congrats on the sale!!
