Troy,

I could almost kill you right now! LOL If I had the money to spare, this cue would be mine. I can personally attest to how well this cue plays as I used to play Billy for quarters back in the early 80's when I first got into the game playing leagues and tournaments in LaCrosse. Those quarter games with Billy were lessons and I learned a lot from him. Whoever gets this cue will have a piece of LaCrosse, WI pool history. Billy was indeed one of the best if not the best to ever play out of LaCrosse and he had gained the respect of world class players on his road trips across the country with Whitey and others.

Good luck with the sale of this cue.

Randy

What is the overall length of the cue? Is the cue straight? What material is the ferrule made of? What does the ferrule measure in length?

Thanks,
Rik

1) The OAL of the cue is 58 inches.
2) Yes the cue is straight.
3) I believe the ferrule to be Micarta not possitive. The ferrule is yellow in color.
4) The ferrule measures aprox .46 inches long.

:crying:

I sure wish I could buy this cue.... but I might as well wish for world peace. It ain't gunna happen. :crying: :crying:

This cue needs to sell. Is the market that bad? I have not even recieved a low ball offer. This is a great cue with history behind it.

Damn sorry I missed this one. My timing is for crap.

As an added note, Doc used to 'paint' his ferrules yellow with I forget what material.

I will have more cues out of Paul "Doc" Rutter's private collection for sale in the next couple of weeks.

Alright, real quick and just to be sure. Can you describe Doc for me? I've got in my mind an old short bald dude always wearing suspenders that used to play Chris' all the time before he passed. ?
