The fith veneer is in the proing. In the 90's some collectors would only buy the short proing TS Cues. Very old and very rare!
Finish is not origional.
Here are two of the 4 proings. All 4 points have veneers. The poor refinish did the cue little justice but it's shiney and smooth. I wouldn't be suprised if the cue was refinished a decade ago.
Timi's old cues don't get sold very often. And after probably at least 35 years this cue is still straight and solid. Joe said the butt lifts slightly when rolled. I can't find it together or appart.
