It all depends on what you hope it is, or might be.
First off, it isn't remotely close to what the seller claims
in the heading.
From the butt sleeve upwards, it looks like a low dollar plain jane
from the 60s or 70s.
The painfully obvious spiral sanding marks at the rear of the butt
are typical of someone's early effort to snaz-up an existing cue
by adding a "new" butt sleeve and butt cap. Lots of people did
this kind of thing in the 80s and early 90s.
Note the piloted brass joint collar - if you like the play of a Stainless
Steel joint, this could be close/similar.
At best - you could get a
take-it-to-the-roughouse-bars-and-leave-it-in-the-car 'beater' cue.
If you want more than that, this is not the deal for you.
O yeah - and the two dollar plastic case.
