they had some fee changes...some lower...some are higher...whatever, they're still not bad for opening up a massive market to people....

They are also making major changes to their feedback policies. Sellers will no longer be able to leave negative or neutral feedback for buyers, and the DSR (Dealer Satisfaction Rating, those little yellow starts out of 5 in a seller profile) will make a big diffference now.
