I asked if the cue was straight apart and together and if it has a weight bolt.
Here is the sellers reply:

"Yes the cue was straight the last time I checked it. Probably has a weight bolt, but I'm not going to check or mess with it. Thanks!"

Would you buy a cue from this seller?

Yea, uh no.

Not unless it was like a $100 cue or something I didn't really care about.

Sounds like the guys knowa little or nothing about cues and just want to sell it.

Pretty typical IMO.
 
Depends...

A lot of sellers don't know anything about cues anyway so even if they gave you a "straight answer" you would have to take it with a grain of salt.

There are always risks.

So...maybe I would, maybe I would not buy from them. There would be other factors involved in the decision.
