"Someone burned ST into the cue" Da, I'm so stupid, I don't even know that it is TS. "I found this cue in Baltimore." Made by an "unkown" cue maker.
With all due respect, if you can't see this as a scam, you really shouldn't be hanging around in pool halls with American money.
Then again, I could be wrong.

This guy is trying to scam someone look at all the cues and supplys he sells. He better set the hook in that 49.99 with 14.99 shipping. Before that fish gets away.
WATCH OUT, I bought a cue from this guy, it was damaged, did not fit together properly and was warped, when I asked for my refund he tried to get by without giving one, I had to file a Paypal claim.
He is a liar and he is misrepresenting the cues he sells.
