Well the winner? had "0" feedback.
The seller does not have great feedback either. In fact I have never seen any that bad.
Too bad, because I know Elvis and he seems like a decent person. He treated me right when I bought my Schon from him. And I know that he has the cue plus a couple Southwests.
Just keep in mind that when it comes to money only trust the monkey in the mirror. And when dealing with pool players you can be sure that the majority of them are untrustworthy.

Yea Woody,
I emailed the guy and asked what he wanted for the cue. He responded $4000USD and it was at some auction house but the guy was in London I think....anyway.....I'm not sure about this one?

BTW, did you guys see the "Balabushka" that was pulled from EBAY? something like a guy won it back in 65' in a tourny, and was now selling it.....not sure what happened?.G

I reported it. Notice they say to contact them before bidding. They are trying to get e-mail addresses for screennames. They will send a fake "second chance offer" to you in the hopes that you will send money western union.

You can't believe how many people actually fall for this. They send money to overseas offices. Check out this auction and the comments people sent in to her. This is getting to be big business.

USC vs Notre Dame Auction

I think E-Bay needs to put more effort into making sure buyers and sellers are legitimate.

I sent them a question to see what the scam was.

Here's the reply I got:

Hello,
Buy-now price is 4000 usd, including shipping charges and insurance taxes. It will be delivered to your home.
I am from Chicago, but at this moment I am in London. The item is at TNT office in Chicago, packed and ready to be shipped.
I am an ebay square trade member and they will guarantee for me in this transaction.
I will deal only through ebay.
Please reply asap.
Thank you!

Check out what TATE has to say. Unlike the cue, you can take his advice to the bank. Can't believe ebay lets crap like this go through.
