That's a beauty for sure!! How would you characterize the hit?
I have hit a few balls with it using my playing shaft from another cue. The cue hits really good and solid. Moves the cueball easily!!

I own one of Doug's cues that has an ivory joint and radial pin--love the way it plays! Bump for a great looking cue.

Bumpity Bump

That is a beautiful cue. That is going to be a great deal for someone. Keep up the great work!!

Why L B M Ferrules........

With all that beautiful work and the ivory joint and butt sleeve, why in the world would you want to cheapen that magnificent cue with LBM ferrules.?
Use ivory and charge the extra cash.

I really prefer LBM ferulles over Ivory myself! If the buyer of the cue would like to have Ivory ferulles on the shafts that is not a problem. There will be a $100.00 charge for the Ivory ferulles. If the buyer would like the LBM ferulles then the price is $1250.00. I am waiting until the cue sells before I make the shafts for the cue. That is why the buyer can have the choice of ferulles for this cue. Once the cue is sold it will ship within 2 days!!

This is a pretty sweet looking cue! I think I've seen this cue as it was being built. If I remember correctly, Amboyna is a pretty fragile wood, especially when it's cut into point stock!!! Sorry Doug!

Good luck on the sale, shouldn't last long!

great cue

I have the other ebony and amboyna cue that Doug built. I like the points better in this one than mine. I wish I would have had the veneers in all the points also. I guess I will have to have you make me another cue after the Super Expo. I will start thinging about what I want. Great looking cue. Someone got a great looking and playing cue.
