Ebony Dufferin sneaky

Made from a Dufferin blank that came from Canada when they closed .
Not perfect blank. There are gaps at the points.
Front maple has solid tone, tight grain.

Oil and wax finish.
Shaft has some small black dust spots.

18.88 oz. Shaft is 4 oz with Ivor-X ferrule.
Triangle tip is standard. If you want Precision or Kamui, PM for price.
3/8 11 SS screw. Shaft has micarta insert . Should last as long as the cue.
Stag collar on butt!!! Black phenolic collar on the shaft and buttplate .

The Excalibur was my first cue ever. I traded by buddy a Computer for it 20 years ago. It was selling for about $300 CAD back then. Joey's price is very reasonable if you consider 20 years inflation

Still one of my favorite cues. Whoever gets this won't be disappointed.

Feels like a one-piece cue with a much playable taper.

These used to be common. No more. I used to see a lot of cut down Dufferin house cues and those two piece cues . The late Judd Fuller converted a lot of them. The ebony and rosewood were among my favorites. I've owned two Judd sneakies. Should have kept the rosewood one. He also made some Excalibur conversion with a star of David inside the butterfly. Looked really nice. Those are probably going for over 1K now.

Thx. Pretty much the only way to extend them with style to get the right thickness in the middle.
I still have two very rough blanks. Will probably use them as great hitting cores.
