Yes, the leather wrap was put on at SW! it may be one of the last Jerry Franklin cues for sure. 5/8/96 completion date.

The only reason this is still here is the fact that I have one very similar, but not as nice as this one. This is a Franklin, a little lighter than mine, and great leather wrap. This is cue really pops!

Hats off to you Greg for actually sending the cue
to South West for the refinish. I'm not a fan of taking
a cue and having someone other than the original shop
refinish it, whenever possible. I understand there are
exceptions to every rule, but whenever possible I'd
prefer to have the cuemaker who made the cue do
the refinish...
